Revamped Web Site

We’d like to inform you that the official Web site of the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church <> has been revamped and has a new look! The Web site is a work in progress and will continue to evolve and we increase our domains which now (or will) include, and

The CME Web site provides a streamlined secure user-friendly site built on the WordPress platform with flexible mobile device access, and has a format style featuring current news stories and announcements; feature videos; and interaction with social media and many other capabilities. One of the goals for the CME Web site project was to ensure that the Web site was user-friendly, relevant, and simple to navigate. We want each user experience to be a great one. The CME Web site is well-used and received over 13 million hits last year!

We want to feature the latest news and photos from Episcopal Districts, Presiding Elders’ Districts, and local churches which can be sent from the Web site using the Contact Us button or by e-mail to

Breaking News! The Stay Connected Initiative is a major goal to increase subscribers to CME communications to inform our connectional members of important announcements and events. A contest is underway and we’re calling all CMEs to participate! The Episcopal District with the most new e-mail and text messaging subscribers in 2019 will receive a new iPad in January 2020!

  • We encourage all members and leaders in the CME Church to sign up for CME Communications for email and the CMEText messaging service.
  • You can sign up on the main page of the Web site and view the number of new e-mail subscribers for each Episcopal District in real time. And you can always unsubscribe from services.

Please know that the revamped CME Web site is just one of many CIT initiatives to enhance and expand communication and technology resources in our Zion. Look for more announcements about upcoming CIT projects in the months ahead.
