March Pipeline to the Local Church
To investigate the challenges of the absence of Young Adults in the faith community, this session will present information on religious emphasis on college campuses and how young people encounter God. The session will allow participants a glimpse into the empty pews that we desire to be filled by Young Adults. The participants in this session will share their roles on campuses and their faith practices. The session will include questions from the participants. College students will be invited to share their faith narratives and how college life has impacted their faith and how they view their faith community after college. The goal of this session is to help Christian Educators and college religious leaders curate a toolkit for college students that helps them stay connected to the faith community while in college and provide ways of helping them transition to a faith community that is loving and nurturing afterwards. Making Disciples and pointing people to Christ continues to be the mission of the Church with community in mind.

'Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus; Just to take Him at His Word; Just to rest upon His promise; Just to know, "Thus saith the Lord."
Jesus, Jesus, how I trust Him! How I've proved Him o'er and o'er. Jesus, Jesus, precious Jesus! Oh, for grace to trust Him more.
May the Love of God continue to be with us as we call on His name to heal, comfort and guide us to truth as we move into the next season of ministry.
In the Spirit of Servanthood

Greetings, Brothers, and Sisters in Christ,
Some 10 million rural African Americans lack broadband internet, primarily in the South. They cannot use such essential services as online doctor visits, church services, school assignments, family connections, and voter registration. Thankfully, the Federal Communications Commission launched the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), providing nearly 18 million low-income households nationwide with resources to pay for necessary broadband service. The ACP offers eligible families a $30 monthly discount on high-speed internet services, making access free for many participants.
Here's what you can do:
1 - Forward to pastors in your network serving rural communities the "Get Connect" Information card below with a contact number and website for guidance through signing up for the ACP program.
To Apply Call 1 (877) 384-2575 or Visit www.GetInternet.gov/apply.
2. Encourage them to visit - https://www.skinnerleaders.org/getconnected to download the "Get Connected Toolkit."
