As we prepare for this year’s Pastor's Conference, we kindly urge all attendees to register as soon as possible. This will help us ensure that the new registration badges reflect everyone’s correct name. These badges will feature QR codes linking to the Conference program, and we must submit the final list to our vendor by December 12th.
To support a smooth registration process, we kindly ask that those who are able register by November 19. This will allow ample time for name verification and submission for badge printing.
Please note: Registrations received after December 12 will still include a badge and QR code; however, the badge will feature a hand-printed name.
For your convenience, online registration for the Pastor's Conference is now set up to include debit or credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Pay Later options.

Christian Educators Retreat 2026 and Retirement Celebration for
Dr. Carmichael D. Crutchfield
The 2026 Christian Educators Retreat will convene on Friday, February 27, 2026 at the Whispering Woods Hotel and Convention Center in Olive Branch, MS.
Our theme for this year is, Renew, Rekindle, Reconnect, calls us to return to the source of our strength and purpose. Isaiah 40:31 reminds us: “But those who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.”
Christian educators, we give, we teach, we lead, and we pour into others. Yet in doing so, our own vessels can run low. This retreat is a sacred pause — a time to renew our strength, to rekindle the flame of passion for ministry, and to reconnect with God and one another in fellowship and purpose.
We are not here simply to rest; we are here to be restored. We are not gathering just for sessions; we are gathering for transformation. In this space, we allow the Spirit of God to breathe new life into us, that we may return to our churches, our classrooms, and our communities with fresh energy, deeper wisdom, and renewed joy.
This retreat also gives us the gift of celebrating the remarkable legacy of Dr. Carmichael D. Crutchfield, who has modeled what it means to teach with conviction, to lead with vision, and to serve with faithfulness as General Secretary of Christian Education and Formation. As we honor his ministry, we also commit ourselves to carrying the torch forward with courage and creativity.
Together, let us renew our strength, rekindle our passion, and reconnect with the One who has called and equipped us for this holy work.

(Lane College - Jackson, TN - November 14, 2025). Lane College students recently stepped onto the national stage at the BE Smart Hackathon designing an AI-powered solution to help families stay financially secure.Senior Computer Science major, Philip Godwin, stated that the event reaffirmed his passion for the field. “Technology is most powerful when it serves those who need it most. Watching our AI predict financial crises and our platform connect people to real resources reminded me that innovation and social impact aren’t separate goals. They’re the same mission.” From rapid problem-solving to real-world innovation, Lane College students are proving that the future is bright with their creative minds.

Greetings, Brothers, and Sisters in Christ,
Some 10 million rural African Americans lack broadband internet, primarily in the South. They cannot use such essential services as online doctor visits, church services, school assignments, family connections, and voter registration. Thankfully, the Federal Communications Commission launched the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), providing nearly 18 million low-income households nationwide with resources to pay for necessary broadband service. The ACP offers eligible families a $30 monthly discount on high-speed internet services, making access free for many participants.
Here's what you can do:
1 - Forward to pastors in your network serving rural communities the "Get Connect" Information card below with a contact number and website for guidance through signing up for the ACP program.
To Apply Call 1 (877) 384-2575 or Visit www.GetInternet.gov/apply.
2. Encourage them to visit - https://www.skinnerleaders.org/getconnected to download the "Get Connected Toolkit."
